I am Bo Zhang, a PhD student in the Department of Geological and Hydraulic Engineering, College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University. I am also a visiting PhD student in Section 1.4 Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics at the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences.

My research focuses on geohazards, InSAR, optical remote sensing, field investigation, and laboratory analysis.

Research interests:

  • InSAR and Optical Remote Sensing for Geohazards
  • Behavior and Mechanism of Glacier/Rock Failure in High-elevation Regions
  • Fluidization Mechanisms and Long Runout of Landslides
  • Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Mountainous Regions under Climate Change
